What Are the Best Business Solutions for Wireless Presentations?

How Your Company Can Evolve from a Makeshift Presentation

What Are the Best Business Solutions for Wireless Presentations?

The battle for the HDMI port is over. There’s no longer a need to have ten laptops fighting it out for the chance to present in your conference room or boardroom.

Slowly, most offices have upgraded to wireless presentations. Without having to connect to an HDMI cable, participants can share content directly from their laptops or smart devices.

This has made it easier for everyone to be involved and to switch out content quickly.

The problem is that many companies are still relying on Apple TV or similar solutions. These approaches often result in poor image quality and delays when new participants want to share content.

In this blog, we're going to highlight some enterprise communication solutions we like to work with and showcase why each of them will enhance communications throughout your San Francisco, CA office.

Barco’s ClickShare

With this intuitive system, you can share content at the press of a button. Here’s how it works:

Participants join through a device called the Button hooked up to their laptop or via an iOS or Android app on their smart device.

There’s no need for a lengthy setup, additional software or wires. Just press ‘Click’ and you’ll instantly be able to share content on the screen.

Since the Button connects directly to the device, there’s no port scarcity. With their premium solutions, you can have over 50 participants connected to the system simultaneously.

Of course, you don't want meetings to get too chaotic. ClickShare also includes a new moderation function so you can manage content handover.

Crestron AirMedia

We often partner with Crestron for our conference room solutions since they offer some of the most intuitive and comprehensive systems.

When it comes to wireless presentations, few options are as efficient as their AirMedia product.

Once you install it on your smart device or laptop, you can share PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel sheets, PDFs and even mirror your device on the screen.

All you have to do to share content is press the "Show Me" button on your user interface. Up to 32 people can connect at once, and four can be displayed on the screen simultaneously.

One of the coolest things about AirMedia is how easy it is to implement. Through enterprise-wide deployment you can add the AirMedia App to all of your employees’ personal computers. This way they’re all prepared to participate when needed.

As with the ClickShare system, there’s a moderator mode available to keep meetings from derailing due to oversharing.

ClearOne Spontania

If you have a lot of remote employees, this cloud-based solution may be the best option for your office.

Through ClearOne’s collaborative software, you can have thousands of users joining meetings in real-time either from a physical boardroom or remotely through their mobile devices.

The software is ideal for hybrid solutions that combine remote mobile call-ins, PCs, laptops, and integrated conferencing systems.

With a small impact on your IT bandwidth, you can have from 25 to more than 100 participants share video, transfer files, and even interact on a whiteboard.

For those weary of regular interruptions during virtual meetings, Spontania also includes instant messaging and hand raising options that make it easy to hear everyone.

Wondering which solution might be ideal for your office? It could depend on the type of content you share, the technology infrastructure you already have in place, and the number of participants you want to include.

We’d love to help you find the system that works best for your company. You can reach out to us through the chat box at the bottom right or by clicking the button below.
